Awardco allows you to recognize and reward cross-functional partners, peers, and teammates in real-time. Give positive shoutouts and points for big initiatives, small tasks, and everything in between to reward fellow Affirmers.
Receive points that can be redeemed in Awardco for thousands of different products, experiences, and even travel destinations.
- Within Awardco: Access Awardco through Okta, choose who you want to recognize, leave a note, select an Affirm value, and send it off!
- Within Slack: Type ‘/recognize‘ in any channel or direct message, followed by the name of the person you want to recognize and the reason for the recognition. This will send them a notification, all without leaving Slack.

- Chat: Contact Awardco support by clicking the blue “Chat” button at the bottom of any page in your company’s Awardco platform. The Chatbot will attempt to solve the inquiry; the user will be redirected to a support representative if needed.
- Email: Create a support ticket automatically by emailing support@awardco.com. Be sure to include as much detail as you can, including your full name, company name, and a detailed outline of the issue you’re experiencing.
