Away Days provide space for employees to either take time off or get work done without the distraction of non-essential meetings, pings, and email.

Please review the Away Days Guide* for more information. The guide includes a regional list and calendar view of the Away Days for Affirmers based in the Americas (United States, Canada), and Europe (Spain, Poland, UK). Away Days are also added to the Affirm Events calendar.
The Away Days calendar is subject to change each calendar year.
Pay Premium Program
All US non-exempt employees are eligible for pay premiums. A pay premium is pay in addition to your regular rate of pay for working on Away Days or during non-standard work hours. Please review the Away Days Guide* and Pay Premium Program FAQ* for more information about premium pay.
