Business Travel Support

When you need to hit the road on company business, you’re supported by Affirm’s business travel programs.

Before Your International Business Travel

  1. Download the GeoBlue Assistance app to your Apple or Android smartphone: Login using your username and password from www.geo-blue.com or register as a new user through the app using our group access code: QHG99999AFFI
  2. Print/download your AIG Travel ID Card. This card can be accessed from any of the following:
  • You can show, fax, or email your ID card through the app.
  • Your ID card is available in the Member Hub on www.geo-blue.com.
  • Your name is not listed on your ID card because individual enrollment information is only collected if healthcare services are required. When accessing healthcare services, please refer to your group access code above.

 

During Your Trip

If you need urgent medical care—domestic business travel

If you need urgent or emergency medical care while traveling on business in your home country, you’ll use your regular medical plan and pay any costs you normally would at home.

If you need urgent medical care—international business travel

GeoBlue provides urgent and emergency medical care for Affirm business travelers while on approved business travel outside their home country for fewer than 180 days. It also covers up to seven days of leisure travel that’s related to a business trip.

All medical incidents that occur while partaking in any business travel must be immediately, or as soon as reasonably possible, reported to the Health and Safety team via gsps@affirm.com . You should always notify local emergency services first (if needed) and the Safety team second. 

Non-emergency and routine care are not covered by this policy. You should access those types of services only in your home country through your home country medical coverage. Any follow up care after urgent care also may be covered by your domestic medical plan.

If you need other travel-related help

  • Navan: All business travel is to be booked through Navan. Navan has support teams that may be able to offer assistance with certain issues. You can reach the Navan support team via the Navan tile in Okta or through their Help Center.
  • Affirm’s Global Safety & Physical Security Team can support you with a wide array of safety and personal security matters (such as lost passports, if you are the victim of a crime, etc.) and can be reached via: gsps@affirm.com & slack: #ask-global-safety-and-physical-security

 

Using Your Plan

Register online at www.geo-blue.com for the GeoBlue Member Hub or download the mobile app for convenient access to a wide range of tools and services including:

  • Display your electronic ID card.
  • Review profiles of preferred doctors and hospitals inside and outside the US, view their contact details and locate the office.
  • Arrange direct payment to your provider.
  • Access global health and safety tools including medical term translations, a medicine equivalents tool, and news and safety information.
