Affirm believes that healthy and supported employees are foundational to building high-performing and inclusive teams. This page is your starting point to learn about your benefits programs as a new Affirmer.

Here’s how to get started:

  • Check your eligibility: You are eligible for our core benefits program if you are a regular full-time or part-time employee working 24 or more hours per week.
  • Know your deadline to enroll: New Affirmers can enroll in benefits within 30 days of their benefits-eligible/hire date. Coverage is effective as of your hire date. If you miss the deadline to enroll, the next opportunity to enroll in benefits will be our Annual Open Enrollment.
  • Learn about your benefits: Luckily, you’re already in the right place. This site will be your guide to understanding all of your benefit options.
  • Ask questions: We’re here for you! An important part of our benefits program is making sure you have the resources and support you need to make informed decisions about your benefits elections.

Enrolling

Now that you’re familiar with the Affirm benefits program, you’re ready to enroll on Workday. 

  1. Log into Workday and follow this flow:
    Access “Okta” > Click “Workday” > “Inbox” > “Change Benefits for Life Event”
  2. Add your personal and dependent information for each eligible dependent.
  3. Select your benefit plans for the coming year. Don’t forget to add each dependent to each plan.
  4. Review your choices and costs before finalizing.
  5. Don’t forget to finalize your selections! If you do not finish the workflow, your elections will not be recorded.

Your Benefits Advocate is available to help with:

  • General benefit questions
  • Verifying eligibility and coverage
  • Obtaining new ID cards
  • Finding a network provider
  • Resolving health care claims or billing issues
  • Coverage changes due to life events (marriage, new child, divorce, etc.)
