401(k) Retirement Plan

Employees working 24 hours per week or more are eligible to participate in Affirm’s 401(k) retirement savings plan starting on the first of the month following their date of hire. If eligible, you will be contacted by email with steps to initiate contributions or opt-out.

Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)

All non-temporary employees are eligible to participate in Affirm’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP). The ESPP is a voluntary equity incentive plan that offers eligible Affirmers the opportunity to purchase shares of Affirm Class A common stock at a discount through accumulated payroll contributions. Contributions are calculated pre-tax and withheld after-tax. To be eligible to participate in a given offering period, employees must be continuously employed for at least 30 calendar days and working more than 20 hours per week prior to the start of that offering period.
